“Robin Weeks was patient, focused, informative and very kind!  She was the perfect facilitator for this crazy group.  She kept us on task, even as challenging as that was, since we derailed so many times!  She forced us to think for ourselves and to work together well.”  Susan Powell, Lincoln Properites

Why get a Coach?

Top performers and athletes have coaches.  It’s not about fixing something that is broken (although coaches can help with that) but more about taking yourself from one level to the next.  Maybe you have always dreamed of doing something but can’t seem to take the first step towards it.

In one hour sessions your coach will prod, hold you accountable to what you say you will do, encourage you, support you, push you towards your goals, and make observations about how your personality and behaviors are helping or hindering your progress.  Leveraging your strengths and not focusing on your liabilities but helping you find ways to move around those is part of the process.  Coaches help you brainstorm, look at situations from different angles, and provide you with insight.

Your coach will work with you to design steps and develop a plan to get  you where you want to be, to live that dream or to improve your professional life.  Your coach will discuss your values and how they play into what you are currently doing and what you want to be doing.  Your coach will show how to move obstacles out of your way, either self-imposed or other that are preventing you or stalling you from attaining your goals.

Your coaching session is your opportunity to focus on you.  Your coach is your ally helping you to see things clearly, your confidant to share your fears with, a cheer leader and your manager to keep you on track.
