I have worked in the field of team and leadership development for over 10 years.  During this time I have worked with Fortune 100 and 500 companies such as Microsoft, Capital One, Wachovia Bank, The Home Depot, Lowe’s, Exxon Mobil, Cox Communications, Waste Management, Glaxo-Smith Klein and organizations such as The American Leadership Forum, Virginia Tech and many non-profits.

Assessments: The Big Five, NEO

The WorkPlace Big Five Profile and the Five Factor Model are both personality assessments used widely by psychologists.  Many are familiar with the Meyers Briggs Type Indicator but this is a much more comprehensive tool.  The WorkPlace is written specifically in workplace terminology and can be taken online.

I use the Five Factor assessment for individuals and the WorkPlace for groups and individuals wishing to address executive or business coaching issues or goals.
